Job summary

Xebia Group is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to lead Fabric implementations and data platform work at client sites in the Netherlands. You will design lakehouses, promote best practices, and raise the bar on data engineering discipline.

You will collaborate with experts, own patterns for Fabric deployments, and contribute across Azure, AWS, GCP, and open-source tools. This role is based in Eindhoven with on-site work and frequent client engagements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of data engineering experience with 1.5+ years in Fabric.
• Strong foundations in data platform engineering and software discipline.
• Experience designing lakehouses and data pipelines in Fabric.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design lakehouses and data pipelines in Fabric.
• Set up CI/CD and environment promotion for Fabric deployments.
• Structure workspaces for teams of ten and up.
• Explain design choices and align stakeholders on data architecture.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams across locations.
