Redcare Pharmacy in Sevenum, Netherlands, seeks a Senior ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP initiatives across our Enterprise Systems landscape, translating ambitious business ideas into structured project plans and delivering value from initiation through go-live and handover.

You will coordinate internal stakeholders with Business Owners, Team Leads and ERP partners, manage budgets and risks, and ensure transparent governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering complex ERP or Enterprise Systems projects
• Experience coordinating internal stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, WMS or CRM domains
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional project delivery; PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA certifications are an asset

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP projects from initiation to go-live and handover
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, PMs, QA and external partners
• Drive project governance: scope, budget, risks, dependencies, decisions and reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Promote delivery excellence by applying Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methods and improving PM standards across Enterprise Systems

About the role:

Join us in delivering strategic ERP initiatives that shape the future of our business. As aSenior ERP Project Manager, you'll lead complex, cross-functional transformation projects across our Enterprise Systems landscape, working with business and technology teams to turn ambitious ideas into successful outcomes.

You'll play a key role in bringing structure to complex projects, coordinating predominantly internal stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered with transparency, strong governance and lasting business value.

About your tasks:

• Lead end-to-end ERP projects, translating approved business initiatives into structured project plans and successfully delivering them from initiation through go-live and handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, working closely with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams and implementation partners to keep projects aligned, on track and focused on delivering value.
• Drive project governance by facilitating Steering Committees, managing project scope, budgets, risks, dependencies and decision-making while ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, coordinating predominantlyinternal stakeholders while effectively managing external implementation partners and vendors where required.
• Promote delivery excellence by applying the most suitable project methodology - Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid - and contributing to the continuous improvement of project management standards across Enterprise Systems.

About you:

• You bring8+ years of experience delivering complexERP or Enterprise Systems projects, ideally within environments covering Finance, Supply Chain, WMS, CRM or similar business domains.
• You have experience managing large cross-functional initiatives and enjoy coordinating multiple workstreams, predominantly withinternal stakeholders, while confidently engaging external partners when needed.
• You are familiar withAgile and traditional project delivery methodologies, and certifications such asPRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, or experience as aScrum Master are a strong advantage.
• You enjoy creating structure in complex environments, communicating confidently with senior stakeholders and enabling teams to deliver successful business outcomes.
