Job summary

Prodrive Technologies is seeking an Enterprise Security Officer to advance the company-wide security framework across cyber, physical, and people security domains. You will ensure governance, translate regulations into practical policies, and partner with Product Teams, IT Security, HR, and facilities to embed controls.

This role sits in Risk & Business Assurance, focusing on oversight and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in Information Security or related field.
• 4+ years in information security or risk management.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, and ABRO/defense requirements.
• Experience in high-tech/defense or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor or CISM preferred.
• Security screening may be part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Security Framework (Cyber, Physical, People Security).
• Translate regulatory requirements into structured control sets and templates.
• Embed security controls into business processes with cross-functional teams.
• Support external audits, certifications, and customer security assessments.
• Define security requirements for defense/high-sensitivity projects and ensure compliance.
• Drive adoption of security policies across R&D, manufacturing, service, and supply chain.
• Promote security-by-design in new initiatives, products, and projects.
