Under Armour, Inc. in Amsterdam seeks a Sr Professional, Enterprise Data Analytics to design, develop and support reporting solutions across business units.

You will join the Enterprise Data Management & Analytics team, collaborating with business leaders, IT and data science to translate requirements into robust dashboards and data models. The role emphasizes partnering with stakeholders, shaping analytics strategy and training users, with a hybrid schedule and a base salary of €60,000–€80,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience, OR typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree
• 2+ Experience engaging with Retail, Wholesale, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Accounting, Product, HR and Emerging Markets
• 1+ Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting Tools
• 1+ ERP experience
• Experience creating functional and technical specification documents

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business unit process leaders to understand KPI strategy and drive analytics requirements
• Align business requirements with data and analytical solutions while enabling insights
• Act as a thought-leader with emphasis on innovation in reporting
• Ensure visibility of reporting needs within the group and collaborate with engineers and architects
• Support and train business users to maximize value from data tools
• Coordinate requirement gathering and participate in discovery, analysis, design and testing phases
• Monitor changes in business and recommend analytics improvements
• Document development for knowledge sharing
