Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Managing Consultant - Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to help organizations improve how they manage, govern, secure, and utilize information. You will work with business and IT stakeholders to define content strategies, design ECM solutions, and lead digital transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ECM consulting or advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of ECM platforms: SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum, Alfresco, or Nuxeo.
• Experience with information governance, records management, workflow automation.
• Understanding of data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading complex business/tech transformation projects.
• Knowledge of AI-driven content management and automation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on content management strategy, governance, and transformation.
• Conduct business analysis, workshops, and maturity assessments.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, and ECM strategies.
• Design and oversee ECM solutions including document/records management, search, workflow, governance.
• Lead implementations, migrations, and integrations across ECM platforms.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, GDPR and regulatory requirements.
• Manage stakeholders and lead project teams; support change management.
• Contribute to proposals, tenders, and pre-sales activities.
