Job summary

Aurora Energy Research is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Analyst to join the Amsterdam team. You will bridge Advisory, Product, Research, and Commercial teams to support our software suite for the Dutch, Belgian, and Central European markets.

The role requires strong client-facing communication, power markets expertise, and the ability to drive adoption of Aurora's analytics platform while contributing to product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of analytical experience in power market knowledge driven roles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities in economics, engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Architect technical strategy and contribute to product roadmaps.
• Host workshops and training sessions for clients on Aurora’s software.
• Perform analyses for client projects and provide access to pre-release features.
• Support clients in using software outputs in investments and valuations.
• Answer client questions and escalate where needed to internal teams.
• Shape product roadmaps from customer insights and drive adoption and retention.
• Engage with clients to deliver deep market insights across energy transition topics.
