Senior Electrical Integrator - Prototyping & Testing

Job summary

ASML seeks an Electrical Integrator to support and integrate the E-Layout for NPI EUV systems. You will integrate and test electrical products into ASML platforms, collaborating with designers and architects to influence integrability, manufacturability and reliability.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, troubleshoot during proto integration, and transfer knowledge to design, production and service engineers. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience as integrator and/or test engineer of electronic/electrical functions.
• Knowledge of temperature, flow and pressure control preferred; vacuum technology and safety preferred.
• Comfortable using electrical test and measurement equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and connectivity issues; solder, (dis)assemble connectors and rework cable assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Execute tests on parts/modules/cabinets or prototype machines to ensure documented results meet requirements.
• Make work structure breakdown and effort estimation for the integration of the various electronic products.
• Specify and document test requirements.
• Design and document the qualification tools for integration purpose.
• Coordinate integration, verification, and validation activities across disciplines.
• Transfer knowledge to design, production and service engineers and act as an expert (4th line support).
• Analyze issues and suggest proposals for design improvement.
