Job summary

GH Engage seeks an Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee project development, implementation and completion within the programme in Amsterdam. You will report to the Regional Manager and Division Director, managing financials, project controls, and cross-functional teams to meet milestones.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar role, a background in electrical trades, and experience with Datacentre projects. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Electrical trade background advantageous.
• Datacentre project delivery experience beneficial.
• Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Revit is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Capability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Regional Manager and Division Director.
• Responsible for all financial and management aspects of the project.
• Overall responsibility for Project team, Labour control and coordination.
• Overall responsibility for Schedule, QA/Cx and Health and Safety.
• Ability to manage multiple projects where required.
• Liaising with the Client and key project stakeholders when required.
• Work directly with the relevant Director & Regional Manager
• Assist to expand the business through tendering and negotiating of new work.
• Review tender submissions, valuation preparation and reporting on same.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with Client.
