Qualifications

• Ph.D. preferred with strong leadership in manufacturing science and tech services.
• Significant leadership experience in TS/MS, MS&T, or related functions.
• Regulatory compliance and cGMP knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the site’s technical agenda and strategic direction for medium and long-term planning.
• Oversee technology transfer and NPI from development to commercial production.
• Drive process optimization, validation, and continued process verification to meet cGMP.
• Ensure GMP compliance, regulatory readiness, and support regulatory submissions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Development, Quality, Engineering, and external partners.
• Oversee documentation generation, audits readiness, and knowledge management.

Education

Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field

Master’s degree acceptable with significantly higher experience
