Job summary

1xINTERNET GmbH in the Netherlands (Eindhoven) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, deliver and lead cutting-edge software projects. You will work with development teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

You will coordinate backlogs, track milestones, manage budgets, run stand-ups, and contribute to requirements workshops while applying Agile or other delivery methodologies in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering web solutions.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to plan, deliver and lead our innovative software projects. Working closely with development teams you will help us to deliver projects on time and within scope, fostering collaboration by maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver web/software projects
• Prepare backlog for implementation together with the team
• Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests
• Participate in requirements workshops
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Budget projects including budget tracking
• Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
• Lead daily project stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coordinate quality assurance and releases

Required knowledge, skills, and experience

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering web solutions
• Experience in working with project management tools (e.g. Jira, GitLab, Asana)
• Strong knowledge of different software delivery methodologies
• Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English
• Well-developed teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
• Solution and goal-oriented way of working, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of commitment, willingness to learn, and quick comprehension
• Understanding of web technologies and software development

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Drupal or delivering web content management solutions
• Knowledge of agile/SCRUM methodologies

Work location

This is a hybrid position for someone based in the Netherlands. We have an office in Eindhoven. Our teams work closely together and we encourage employees to visit our offices in Frankfurt, Berlin or Conil whenever possible.
