Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their project team in The Hague, Netherlands. This position supports NATO’s Programme Office for enhanced Air Command and Control, focusing on MBSE practices and advanced technologies. Responsibilities include administering the MBSE tool suite and ensuring interoperability and connectivity across systems. Candidates should have extensive experience in system engineering, automation tools, and excellent English communication skills. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Sparx Enterprise Architect and leadership experience within engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant systems engineering experience or a master’s degree with 10+ years.
• Access to NATO Cosmic Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Integrate, customize, and administer the MBSE tool suite.
• Maintain and administer the integrated tool suite for reliability.
• Facilitate automation and technology insertion into the toolchain.

Skills

Process optimization and automation experience

Pipeline automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible)

Experience with languages: Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, Unix shell scripting

Fluent with Git and version control best practices

Experience with enterprise tools (Sparx Enterprise Architect, Jira, etc.)

Hands-on experience with VMware technologies

Excellent English communication skills

Advanced soft skills and emotional intelligence

Leadership traits in an international work environment
