Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with deep expertise in MarkLogic NoSQL, multi-model data engineering, and enterprise-grade integration. This role requires strong architectural thinking, hands‑on development capability, and the ability to collaborate closely with IT architects, business teams, and multi-disciplinary delivery groups.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development initiatives using MarkLogic NoSQL, multi-model data modeling, and advanced data integration patterns.
Design and implement solutions using XQuery, XSLT, XML, XSS, JavaScript.
Align application development with business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Conduct workshops to translate business requirements into actionable IT solutions.
Collaborate with IT System Architects and business teams to define risks, guidelines, and solution approaches.
Propose and drive execution of solutions for structural IT challenges.
Contribute to the definition and creation of the IT roadmap, shaping epics and features for both short-term and long-term delivery.
Work with DevOps tools such as GitLab, JFrog, Terraform scripts, Helm, and support CI/CD best practices.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality engineering standards.
