Job summary

Anduril Industries in Europe seeks a senior sales leader to grow the Connected Warfare business and close major defense contracts with European MoDs, NATO bodies, and partners. Based in continental Europe, you will report to the Head of Growth and own the region with potential to expand as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in defence, dual-use, or enterprise networking sales.
• 5+ years closing business with European government and military customers.
• Hunter with documented record of identifying, qualifying, and closing complex deals with MoDs, NATO bodies, or coalition partners.
• Deep familiarity with European defence procurement cycles, budgeting, and sovereign security frameworks.
• Ability to quickly master highly technical concepts (mesh networking, edge compute, C2, cloud architecture) and credibly brief senior military and technical leaders.
• Builder with regional pipeline ownership and capability to operate in greenfield environments.
• Experience building and managing a regional channel — resellers, system integrators, and prime partnerships.
• Strong command of capture management or an equivalent enterprise sales pursuit methodology.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
• Native or fluent English; a second European language is a plus; willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive go-to-market strategy across Europe and the Middle East and close complex opportunities.
• Generate and capture new business with net-new customers and partners.
• Map regional defence requirements and show how open architecture integrates with sovereign systems.
• Build and manage the regional channel with partners, resellers, and primes.
• Coordinate with Anduril's Global Defense team on teaming agreements and execution.
• Hit financial performance targets and back them with multi-year plans.
• Represent Anduril to senior military officials and procurement officers.
