Job summary

Anduril Industries in continental Europe seeks an experienced sales professional to drive Connected Warfare growth across Europe and the Middle East. You will hunt and close net-new business, work with delivery teams to scale contracts, and navigate sovereign requirements.

Based in Europe, you will build regional pipelines, manage partners, and collaborate across engineering, capture, and commercial functions to close multi-year programs of record.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in defence, dual-use, or enterprise networking sales.
• 5+ years closing business with European MoDs, NATO bodies, or coalition partners.
• Deep familiarity with European defence procurement cycles and sovereign security frameworks.
• Ability to quickly master technical concepts (mesh networking, C2, cloud) for senior briefings.
• Proven regional pipeline ownership and outcomes with limited supervision.
• Experience building and managing regional channels and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Drive go-to-market strategy for Connected Warfare across Europe and the Middle East.
• Identify, qualify, shape, and close complex opportunities with Allied nations.
• Navigate procurement cycles, sovereign requirements, and secure long-term programs of record.
• Generate and capture new business while scaling current contracts with delivery partners.
• Map regional defence requirements and show open-architecture integrations with sovereign systems.
• Build and manage regional channels: partners, resellers, integrators, and European primes.
• Hit financial targets and develop multi-year plans to back them up; provide growth and product strategy input.
