Job summary

ING Analytics is seeking a senior data science professional to drive innovative, scalable data-driven solutions in the Financial Crime Analytics space. You will work with multiple teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements and delivery, and you will help establish best practices for model pipelines and governance.

You will mentor junior data scientists, collaborate in a semi-remote, globally distributed team, and stay ahead of the latest developments in ML.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD with excellent academic results in relevant fields.
• Extensive knowledge of a wide range of ML algorithms and matching to business problems.
• Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with software engineering practices.
• Experience with data science to prevent and detect financial crimes is a strong plus.
