Stafide is seeking a seasoned Data Modelling specialist to design and manage comprehensive data models for Markets data. You will work across conceptual, logical, and physical layers to ensure accurate data lineage and governance.

Collaborating with Product Owners, IT Architects, and DevOps, you will translate business requirements into scalable data models, optimize storage structures, and ensure data quality and compliant practices across Markets systems.

• Create and maintain comprehensive conceptual, logical, and physical data models for Markets data, including data attributes, relationships, and flows.
• Design and optimize data structures and databases for efficient Markets data storage and retrieval in collaboration with IT Architects.
• Work closely with DevOps engineers to define data-platform requirements and implement and validate data models.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams to translate business requirements into Product Backlog Items.
• Define and maintain data lineage, metadata, data mappings, and modelling documentation.
• Act as a Data Modelling and Markets Data SME, supporting data sourcing, integration, distribution, and utilization.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, availability, and adherence to established data governance policies and procedures.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6-8 years of overall professional experience in Data Modelling, Data Analysis, or Business Analysis.
• Proven experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling.
• Strong experience in banking, financial services, and preferably Capital Markets / Markets Data.
• Good understanding of financial market products and processes.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data lineage, metadata, and data management practices.
• Hands-on experience with data modelling tools such as Erwin and Enterprise Architect.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
• General understanding of IT concepts and technical environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to data is an advantage.
