Migbott BV is seeking experienced Data Migration Experts to lead end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient transfers between systems. You will design ETL processes, develop data mappings, and enforce data governance across complex environments.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in data migration or ETL, with hands-on experience on SAP S/4HANA or ERP/CRM migrations, and strong SQL and stakeholder management skills. Remote or hybrid work options available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data migration, data integration, or ETL development.
• Proven track record leading large-scale data migration initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP/CRM migrations.
• Hands-on experience with data migration tools (SAP BODS, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, AWS DMS).
• Deep understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of data governance, MDM, and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Certifications in data management, SAP, or ETL tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee end-to-end data migration projects across multiple systems or platforms.
• Define and implement robust migration strategies, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Analyze complex legacy data environments and develop detailed data mapping and transformation rules.
• Design and develop ETL processes, scripts, and workflows to ensure accurate and efficient data movement.
• Ensure high data quality through validation, reconciliation, and audit processes.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to align data migration activities with project objectives.
• Manage risks, troubleshoot migration challenges, and implement effective resolutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and data governance standards.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and post-migration reports for stakeholders.
