GEA is seeking an experienced Data Migration Manager (Benelux) to own local migration activities for SAP S/4HANA initiatives in the Netherlands, with future scope across Europe. You will extract, profile, and cleanse data from legacy systems, define mappings, and support cutover while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

You will work in a dynamic international program, travel occasionally within Europe, and contribute to data governance and quality across sites.

Formación

5+ years of data migration or large-scale data transformation projects.
Strong SQL, data profiling and ETL skills.
Experience with SAP master/transactional data.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA migration approaches desirable.
Python scripting is a plus.
Experience with Databricks and Power BI.

Responsabilidades

Lead local data migration activities from preparation through execution for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Extract, analyse and profile data from legacy systems.
Identify data quality issues and drive cleansing and remediation activities.
Define and validate data mappings, transformation rules and business rules.
Execute mock loads, migration testing and reconciliation activities.
Support cutover and hypercare phases during go-live.
Develop insights and reporting related to migration progress and data quality.
Act as a trusted advisor to Data Owners, Data Stewards, Key Users and IT teams.
Investigate root causes of data issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Collaborate with international migration teams across multiple locations.
