Job summary

Everience is seeking a Senior IT Software Quality Engineer Data & ETL to lead QA activities across complex data platforms and cloud-based ecosystems. You will test end-to-end ETL processes, validate data quality, and work with developers, data engineers and product owners to ensure reliable data pipelines.

You will combine hands-on testing with data analysis, use SQL and scripting in Python or PySpark, and contribute to test automation where possible in a modern Azure data stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering.
• Strong experience with ETL and big data testing.
• Proficient in manual testing and data validation.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute end-to-end QA for data pipelines.
• Test ETL jobs, validate extractions and transformations.
• Perform data quality checks and cross-system reconciliation.
• Write and maintain automated validation where possible.
