Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (6+ years in data engineering)
• Strong ETL, advanced SQL, and cloud platform experience (AWS, Snowflake)
• Solid data warehouse concepts, architectures and large-scale data systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and infrastructure as code
• Proactive problem-solver with analytical skills; identify optimization opportunities
• Leads and mentors teams; drives technical decisions with stakeholders
• Experience with data governance, GDPR compliance, and security frameworks
