Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in data analysis within a product-led digital environment such as e-commerce or marketplaces.
• Advanced SQL skills, including working with complex datasets and optimised queries.
• Hands-on experience with Python for analysis, modelling, or automation.
• Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Databricks, or AWS.
• Experience using BI tools such as Tableau to create impactful dashboards.
• Strong understanding of key business concepts including customer lifecycle, monetisation, and growth metrics.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate data into business value.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and proactively identifying opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, commercial, and marketing stakeholders to define analytical priorities and deliver insights.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and actionable outcomes.
• Build dashboards and reporting that focus on meaningful KPIs across revenue, growth, and customer behaviour.
• Analyse large-scale datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels through communication of insights.
• Support experimentation and measurement strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to improve tracking and data quality.
