Job summary

Sia is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to join our global Cybersecurity & AI Trust unit. You will work on multiple offers across consulting, implementation, or auditing, including cyber strategy, risk, compliance, operations, and resilience.

You will contribute to development of cyber offerings, train others as part of the Cyber Institute, and engage in client-facing projects with international scope from our Amsterdam-based or remote teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering/computer science or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant consultancy experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node.js, Go or PowerShell.
• Excellent English and Dutch communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Innovate within our Sia CyberLab by developing new offers and SaaS solutions and benchmarking cyber solutions.
• Become a Cybersecurity trainer within the Sia Cyber Institute, delivering certified training sessions.
• Contribute to the firm's cybersecurity expertise by publishing articles, insights, white papers and webinars.
• Support business development through design of proposals and identification of collaboration opportunities with clients.
• Manage projects from start to finish or as sub-projects on international engagements with proactive reporting.
• Mentor junior to senior consultants and ensure quality of deliverables and skills development.
