Alira Health is seeking an experienced Senior CRA to lead monitoring activities across NL/Belgium. The role involves independent site monitoring, overseeing project scope, timelines, and budget while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.

You will collaborate with global teams, provide mentorship to junior CRAs, and support study start-up, monitoring plans, and site training. Travel to Belgium and the Netherlands is required as part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of clinical monitoring experience in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Willingness to travel in Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Oncology experience required.

Aufgaben

• Provide oversight and guidance to CRA team.
• Conduct site monitoring visits and ensure protocol adherence.
• Ensure timely investigator site visits and documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
• Assist in development of Monitoring Plans and training materials.
• Ensure site regulatory documents and ethics approvals are in place.
