Job summary

Alimentiv in the Netherlands seeks a Lead Clinical Research Associate to manage full clinical site monitoring for multiple projects, including recruitment, data management and regulatory filings. This in-house role requires oversight of monitoring services, training and coordination with sponsors to ensure GCP compliance.

The candidate will act as primary liaison between CRAs and project teams, mentor staff, and travel regularly to study sites to maintain study integrity and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a college diploma/degree with 4-6 years related experience.
• Self-motivation with strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and keenness to build collaborative relationships.
• Critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly to study sites (approx. 5–8+ days/month).

Responsibilities

• Lead CRA role and manage monitoring services for multiple projects, directing day-to-day activities.
• Act as liaison between CRAs and project teams, escalating issues as needed.
• Identify, recruit and setup study sites, coordinate materials, protocols and forms.
• Oversee investigational site monitoring and ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.
