Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Level I) to oversee site monitoring and ensure protocol and regulatory compliance across multiple studies. You will conduct remote or on-site visits, manage documentation, and collaborate with sponsors to uphold data integrity and subject safety.

Responsibilities include tracking trial status, updating CTMS, coordinating investigator meetings, and ensuring audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field or RN certification.
• 2+ years of clinical research monitoring experience.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor investigator sites using risk-based approach and ensure protocol compliance.
• Provide trial status updates to the Clinical Team Manager and maintain CTMS data.
• Participate in investigator meetings and initiate sites per SOPs.
• Ensure essential documents are complete per ICH-GCP and regulations.
• Support project publications/tools and assist in process improvements.
