Job summary

Syneos Health in the Amsterdam region is seeking a Senior CRA for an office-based role, focusing on on-site and remote monitoring, site qualification and close-out activities in line with ICH-GCP guidelines. You will collaborate with sponsor teams and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong communication, Dutch language proficiency, and willingness to travel across the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Previous monitoring experience.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Fluency in Dutch.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Basic level of critical thinking skills expected.
• Able to work from the office in the Amsterdam region.
• Ability to manage required travel for monitoring visits in The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice (GPP) and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject confidentiality.
• Reviews ISF and TMF, ensures document archiving per guidelines.
• Documents activities and supports recruitment and data tracking.
• Manages project scope, budgets, timelines and travel for monitoring visits.
• May mentor junior CRAs and provide training as assigned.
