The Fully Bookers in The Hague seeks a Senior Content Marketer to lead scalable content across channels and translate brand identity into engaging guest-focused content.

Will you be our new Senior Content Marketer?

Part-time/full-time, The Hague, salary: €3,500 - €5,000.

Your role as Senior Content Marketer at The Fully Bookers

• You will develop content formats and concepts that are scalable across channels.
• You know exactly how to translate a brand into catchy content that matches the client's brand identity and tone-of-voice and catches on with guests.
• Empathising with target groups and customers comes naturally to you: you translate needs and objectives into smart content strategies.
• Content is a broad term for you. You know exactly what content is needed and on which platforms to deploy it to achieve customer success.
• Quality is essential to you. You guard this within a driven content marketing team and enjoy sharing your knowledge to take the team to the next level by reviewing, giving feedback, challenging and coaching.
• With your passion for content creation, you enjoy working hands‑on.
• You will think along in optimising our creative processes so that we can monitor quality and deliver faster.
• You enjoy being in contact with customers on a daily basis on topics within your specialism.
• Within the team, you really are the expert on content. So you enjoy sharing your insights with your colleagues, giving advice and proactively spotting opportunities.

You are

• An experienced content marketer with several years of experience (preferably agency-based) in content creation or content marketing.
• Strong in empathy: you have a keen sense of what a brand can/can't say, and what really triggers the target audience.
• Creative, proactive and structured: you think up original content (formats) and bring its creation to a successful conclusion.
• A quality controller who makes the team better: you give clear, constructive feedback and lift the level.
• Someone who enjoys hands‑on experience in a scale environment (pace, ownership, build).
• Curious about trends in the hospitality industry and always looking for distinctive content ideas
• Skilled in using design and video tools such as A dobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, Adobe Premiere and/or CapCut.

• You will get a one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent contract with us, including pension accrual and a salary between €3,500 and €5,000 per month, depending on your experience.
