Job summary

PwC Nederland in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Consultant in Performance and Restructuring to help underperforming companies find the best path forward for their business and stakeholders.

You will advise Dutch and European clients on performance improvement, restructuring, refinancing, accelerated M&A and insolvency options, collaborating with colleagues from junior to partner level and engaging with banks, PE firms and insolvency trustees.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in financial, economic, business, legal or technical field and at least two years of relevant work experience.
• Team-oriented with a consultant mindset.
• Interested in operational and financial projects to help clients in difficult financial situations.
• Strong communication, listening skills and analytical curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Advise underperforming Dutch and European companies on performance improvement, restructuring, refinancing, accelerated M&A and insolvency options.
• Work with a range of clients from family-owned businesses to major multinationals to identify the best path forward.
• Develop strategies to turn around operations or financing structures and guide insolvency processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues from junior to partner level and interact with banks, PE firms and insolvency trustees.
• Contribute to all aspects of restructuring processes to learn and grow professionally and personally.
