The opportunity

Forensic & Integrity Services (FIS, Forensics) is a rapidly growing specialty within our organization. Our Forensics practice advises organisations and their legal counsel on complex business matters involving financial, fraud, and digital forensic investigations, as well as economic damages arising from disputes.

We apply our technical expertise in large international eDiscovery projects and digital investigations, working closely with business teams to support and accelerate fact-finding with our technologies and tools.

Our work includes IT investigations and digital forensics cases requiring specific IT-forensic knowledge, utilizing advanced data analysis technologies such as machine learning, social network analysis, statistical and natural language analysis, predictive coding, and automation.

Responsibilities
  • Working in engagement teams to conduct reactive and proactive data analysis of large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • Collaborating with clients, fraud investigators, auditors, lawyers, and regulatory authorities in sensitive and sometimes adversarial situations.
  • Innovating and developing new methodologies and solutions for current and future clients.
  • Supporting leadership and project managers operationally and acting as a role model for junior team members.
Job requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in eDiscovery and digital investigations.
  • Proficiency with Relativity (One), Nuix Workstation, SQL, and other leading eDiscovery tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and an interest in forensic IT.
  • Assertive, proactive, and capable of building effective relationships within large organizations and with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch or other language skills are a plus.
  • Good understanding of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, C++, Java).
