Job summary

Sia is a next-generation, global management consulting group. As a Senior Consultant, you will execute transformation projects at clients to improve ways of working, increase turnover, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction or risk management.

You will perform analyses, identify issues, create solutions, and implement them using methodologies and tools, while guiding and developing other consultants and sharing your knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree completed.
• At least 3 years of experience as a consultant in the financial services industry.
• Dutch and English speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills. French is considered a plus.
• Knowledge of the financial sector's products, trends and processes on a strategic or operational level.
• Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise and help clients seize opportunities.
• Team-oriented but capable to excel on your own and share your thoughts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analyses, identify important issues and create relevant solutions and action plans.
• Manage methodological concepts and tools and implement them at the client's organization.
• Notice and develop commercial opportunities within your expertise together with the team.
• Provide internal and external training to share knowledge gained over the years.
