Job summary

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Alpha FMC) is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to join our European team on projects across Paris, Luxembourg City, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, or Amsterdam. You will lead workstreams, design, and implement SimCorp One solutions for asset and wealth clients.

Role requires 2+ years in financial sector consulting, strong English, and willingness to travel. You will mentor staff, run workshops, and deliver value-driven transformation across programs.

Qualifications

• Masters's degree or higher in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial sector consulting and implementation of investment platforms like SimCorp, BlackRock Aladdin, or equivalent.
• Proven track record leading and delivering projects or workstreams from inception to completion.
• Deep knowledge of financial instruments and asset management processes.
• Excellent English skills in written and verbal communication.
• Business transformation experience on operating models and requirements engineering.
• Project management methodology skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
• First-class communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrable proficiency in relationship development.
• Focus on team achievement and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on clients' value chains and solution implementation.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand challenges and objectives and develop tailored solutions.
• Lead and manage project workstreams to deliver high-quality, timely, cost-effective results.
• Act as a business analyst, translating requirements into robust solutions and technical specs.
• Facilitate workshops with client teams to gather requirements and agree on implementation strategies.
• Guide clients in configuring, implementing, and maintaining SimCorp One solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends to enhance outcomes and drive innovation.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships and delivering insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and achieve client goals.
