Job summary

Infosys Consulting - Europe is seeking a Dutch-speaking Agile Consultant to join the Benelux team, with base in Amsterdam or Brussels. The Senior Consultant will drive agile transformation and delivery for European clients, leveraging SAFe, DAD, LeSS and strong product management skills.

You will collaborate with an international team, own client deliverables, and travel as required. English plus Dutch or German language proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience.
• Experienced in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management.
• Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g. PSM; SAFe Scrum Master).
• Experience delivering via a recognised Agile methodology.
• Proven coaching and influencing at team level.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Dutch/German and English.

About your role

• Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels
• Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
• Undertake agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner
• Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement
• Assume ownership for client deliverables to ensure that engagement deliverables and outcomes are realized in a timely manner
• Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and support other consultants within the WX practice
• Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools

• We are looking for Agile transformation and delivery professionals with previous consulting, industry or contracting experience.
• 2+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience
• Experienced and expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management
• Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g. PSM; SAFe Scrum Master)
• Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology
• Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level
• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
• In addition to English which is our main operating language, business level fluency in Dutch or German is must.
• While your base location will be Amsterdam or Brussels, you are eagerly seeking to join an internationally-mobile European team.
