Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience at a reputable law firm, bank or financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of European & Dutch financial law and regulatory landscape.
• Experience dealing with AFM, DNB, and ECB.
• Fluent in Dutch is a BIG plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and compliance advice regarding banking activities, especially mortgages.
• Implement high‑materiality/high‑risk‑exposure policies and perform allocated controls.
• Represent Legal & Compliance in cross‑functional projects and forums.
