Job summary
WorldEmp India Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced CNC Operator/Programmer for gear grinding to produce high-precision gear components based on drawings and specifications. Strong hands-on capability with gear grinding machinery and Siemens 840D controls is essential.
The role involves machine setup, program edits, tooling adjustments, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with Höfler RAPID 2000/6000 is highly preferred and candidates should be quality-focused.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience programming and operating CNC gear grinding machines.
- Exposure to boring, milling, and turning processes.
- Strong proficiency in Siemens 840D controls.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate a CNC grinding machine in a fast-paced environment.
- Program and operate CNC grinding machines to produce precision gear components.
- Work from written instructions and blueprints to meet specs.
- Perform checks using gauges and fixtures to ensure accuracy.
