Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Senior Production Team Lead for a leading international biotech organization in the Netherlands. You will manage a team of approximately 15 manufacturing associates in a GMP cleanroom, driving daily production, quality compliance, and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and at least 4 years of leadership in GMP manufacturing, with experience in cell therapy/ATMP environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in GMP manufacturing.
• Experience within Cell Therapy, ATMP, Biopharma, Biotechnology, or Advanced Therapies.
• Strong understanding of GMP, aseptic manufacturing, deviations, and CAPAs.
• Hands-on manufacturing mindset with strong people leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ±15 manufacturing associates.
• Drive daily production activities in a GMP cleanroom environment.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards.
• Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and batch documentation.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and Manufacturing Compliance teams.
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Work in a 5-shift manufacturing schedule.
