TMF Group is seeking a Senior CDD Officer to join its Business Excellence Center in Amsterdam. The role focuses on client risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and driving high standards across the organization. You will guide internal teams, contribute to policy development, deliver training, and promote risk-awareness culture.

The position offers growth opportunities in a newly established team, with potential to shape processes and best practices across the business.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law or equivalent with regulatory knowledge.
• Minimum 4 years in CDD/ KYC/ AML in financial services.
• Experience with regulated corporate services environments and risk-based approaches.
• Strong understanding of AML, FATCA, CRS, WTT, WWFT, AIFMD.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on client risk assessments and CDD processes.
• Act as SME for complex CDD and risk-related matters.
• Review and challenge client risk assessments for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance procedures, templates, and guidance materials.
