• Experience within international and multicultural environments.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.
• Category management expertise; strategic thinking and execution.
• Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities and stakeholder management.

• Lead deployment of category strategies and prioritize procurement initiatives across the region.
• Prepare and lead fact-based negotiations, supplier selection activities and contract management processes.
• Manage procurement initiatives in close alignment with stakeholders, business functions and procurement colleagues.
• Build, develop and manage strategic supplier relationships and ensure effective Key Supplier Management (KSM).
• Drive knowledge sharing, collaboration and standardization across procurement teams.
• Contribute to ANH SolCo indirect procurement strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen procurement's profile and value proposition within the stakeholder community.
