Job summary

DRW is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our Core Infrastructure team in Amsterdam. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining our low latency trading platform, with a focus on order routing, market data, and risk systems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-availability systems using C++, as well as strong skills in multi-threaded programming and performance tuning. Bonus points for experience in trading or complex problem-solving environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing high-availability systems in C++.
• Strong background in multi-threaded programming and hardware/software interaction.
• Skilled in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and comfortable working under the hood.
• Experience working with C++ libraries like STL and Boost.
• Up to date on C++23 standards with informed opinions.
• Experience on complex projects involving building custom compilers or matching engines.
