TOPIC is seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer with DevOps ownership to design and implement embedded software for high-tech machines and medical systems.

You will drive CI/CD improvements, automate builds, and contribute to Python tooling while collaborating with senior engineers. The role offers a permanent contract, a hybrid work model in the Netherlands, and a comprehensive package including relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Technical) Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience as a Software Engineer in high-tech or embedded environments.
• Experience with CI/CD, build environments, and modern software design principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and verify subsystems, modules, and components within complex embedded systems.
• Integrate software into complex hardware and software systems.
• Apply OOP, UML, unit testing, and modern design principles.
