Fractal Analytics is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Transformation & Delivery for the CPG domain. The role supports the Global Tech Lead and Product Owner, translating business needs into coordinated outcomes across multiple workstreams.

• Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint

Role: "Senior Business Analyst – Transformation & Delivery" to support the Global Tech Lead and Product Owner in delivering business transformation initiatives end-to-end for Product App within CPG industry. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business requirements into coordinated delivery across multiple workstreams.

Ideal Profile

• CPG Domain experience (Must Have)
• 8+12 years of relevant experience, including ownership of complex cross-functional delivery Product App delivery
• Strong experience in business analysis, project/programme delivery, or business transformation.
• Comfortable working across business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Good understanding of technology and delivery processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and delivering initiatives in a complex transformation environment.
• Any experience in enterprise M&A will be useful
• Experience using tools including Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint and process-mapping tool
