Allego is seeking a Creative Designer in Arnhem to shape customer experiences across Europe. You’ll create engaging visuals for social, campaigns, websites, CRM, apps and events, ensuring a consistent brand across markets.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product, Digital and Sales teams and explore new tools and techniques to drive design excellence. You’ll join a fast-growing, international energy-transition company, with a strong focus on storytelling, brand development and high-quality

Formación

• 4–8 years of experience in graphic design, digital design or creative production.
• Strong portfolio across multiple channels and formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and After Effects; fluency with Figma.
• Branding, typography, layout design and visual storytelling understood and applied.
• Experience designing for digital campaigns, social content, websites, presentations and events.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to final production and delivery.
• Experience working with agencies, freelancers and production partners.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Create impactful visual content for social media, campaigns, websites, events and sales materials.
• Guard and translate the Allego brand guidelines into consistent cross-channel visuals.
• Develop multiple creative variations for campaigns and optimize using data.
• Create motion and video content for digital channels and presentations.
• Produce professional presentations and visual materials for leadership and communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Digital and Sales teams on creative solutions.
• Stay ahead of design trends and new technologies, including AI, for brand growth.
