Job summary

ING's Corporate Audit Services (CAS) in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Audit Supervisor to strengthen the control environment through high-quality audits. You will independently plan, execute, and report audits, supervising teams and coaching auditors to ensure timely, well-documented outcomes.

You bring 8+ years in Banking or audit, hold an academic degree and audit certifications, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders across levels. English and Dutch fluency preferred.

Qualifications

• Independently plan and execute complex audit assignments.
• Maintain relationships with audit clients and stakeholders.
• Coach auditors on the job and provide feedback during audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and reporting of audits.
• Supervise team work and ensure high-quality audit artifacts.

• Use data analytics in an audit environment to support conclusions.
