FGS Global in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Associate to drive Transaction & Financial Communications for national and international clients. You will work on exchange-listed deals, advise boards on strategic positioning, and build stakeholder relationships across our global network.

Qualifications

• University degree completed with strong academic results.
• Several years of experience in journalism, communications, consulting, investor relations or related financial fields.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams on strategic communication topics for national and international clients, especially M&A and IPOs.
• Develop and position company boards and stakeholder relations, including media outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and global stakeholders to achieve high-quality results.
• Contribute to new ideas and innovative communication formats for clients.
• Prepare documents for client and internal communications and assist in client acquisition.
