Job summary

Jobster in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Associate in Supply Chain to strengthen warehouse capacity management and planning across sites. You will maintain capacity data, develop dashboards and reports, and provide analytical insights to support governance processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, improve data quality, and drive continuous improvement in a global, regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset in a fast-paced international setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate warehouse capacity data across sites.
• Perform capacity analyses and scenario assessments to identify gaps and risks.
• Develop and maintain warehouse capacity dashboards and reports.
• Support planning and governance with timely reporting and analysis.
• Execute initiatives from Warehouse Capacity Roadmap.
• Collaborate with Site SMEs, Planning, and system owners for accurate data.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
