Job summary

PwC Nederland is seeking a Senior Associate in Accounting, Reporting & Compliance to guide clients through complex financial reporting and compliance. You will lead financial statement work, advise on reporting rules, and collaborate with multinational clients across PwC’s network.

The role involves supervising associates, coaching work students, and contributing to process optimization while benefiting from hybrid working and a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• University or bachelor\'s degree in a financial field such as Business Economics, Accounting and Control or Accountancy (RA/AA).
• At least 3–4 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong numerical skills, analytical ability and fast ability to connect data.

Responsibilities

• Compile and review (complex) financial statements and advise on the application of reporting rules.
• Contribute to the financial accounting & business controlling activities for clients.
• Supervise and coach associates and work students.
• Advise and support companies on optimizing financial and administrative processes.
