Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced ProServe Area Delivery Leader to oversee delivery activities for the AWS Professional Services in the Amsterdam area. The role focuses on coaching Delivery Practice Managers, aligning area teams with customer outcomes, and driving profitable delivery engagements with strong collaboration across AWS, customers, and partners.

The PADL will manage the Area P&L, optimize team growth and utilization, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while exceeding CSAT targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• Experience leading large delivery teams with P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services and enterprise IT landscapes.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Area Shared Delivery Team (SDT) and coach Delivery Practice Managers.
• Ensure delivery of best-in-class solutions, meeting CSAT targets.
• Drive business development and provide portfolio guidance and oversight.
• Collaborate with ProServe Account Executives to define customer outcomes.
• Manage Area P&L, optimize growth and utilization.
• Act as escalation point for Sales and Delivery teams in pre-sales and projects.
