Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced ProServe Area Delivery Leader to join our Shared Delivery Team in Amsterdam. This senior leader will oversee delivery activities across the Area, ensuring optimal support, maximizing utilization, and driving revenue performance.

You will coach Delivery Practice Managers and collaborate with ProServe Account Executives to translate business outcomes into effective SOWs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
• Experience leading large delivery teams with P&L responsibility.
• Experience with enterprise architecture including virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Area Shared Delivery Team.
• Ensure delivery of best-in-class solutions for customers and partners.
• Drive business development initiatives and provide portfolio guidance and oversight.
• Collaborate with ProServe Account Executives to identify customer outcomes.
• Manage the Area P&L, optimize growth, performance, and utilization.
• Serve as an escalation point for Sales and Delivery teams.
