Job summary

Consafe Logistics is seeking a Senior Application Consultant to join our Breda team. You will lead customer workshops, analyse processes, and tailor Astro WMS configurations to optimise warehouse operations for diverse clients.

You will drive implementations, go-lives and training, collaborating with cross-functional teams and advising customers on how to evolve their setup with state-of-the-art WMS solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or IT or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems as consultant or superuser.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving.
• Experience in configuring software to fit customer needs.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong plus.

About the role

As Senior Application Consultant at Consafe Logistics, you will be the crucial link between our customers’ operational challenges and the smart solutions within Astro WMS®. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will analyse logistics processes, lead customer workshops, and configure our software to fit each customer’s unique set‑up. Your work will directly impact warehouse efficiency and business success.

You will take the lead during implementations, go‑lives, and user training, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Internally, you will act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with (Support) Application Consultants, Developers, System Architects, and Project Managers to shape the solution and continuously improve our offering.

Key responsibilities

Your profile

You are a driven, collaborative professional with a deep understanding of warehouse operations and a strong IT mindset. You are passionate about solving real‑world logistics problems and thrive in a customer‑facing environment.

We believe you will succeed in this role if you have:

• A degree in Logistics, Engineering, or IT (or a combination of both)

• Experience with warehouse management systems, either as a consultant or superuser

• A hands‑on approach and solid skills in systems implementation and configuration

• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution‑oriented mindset

• Fluency in English, Dutch is a strong plus
