Job summary

Odyssey Hotel Group HQ is seeking a (Senior) Analyst Development & Feasibility to evaluate hotel development, investment, and acquisition opportunities across Europe. You’ll conduct market and financial research, prepare feasibility studies, build detailed financial models, and support investment decisions.

You will collaborate with internal teams, investors, consultants, and external partners, delivering clear analyses and recommendations to drive growth in Odyssey’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in hotel development, real estate, investment banking, or a similar analytic role.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and presentation abilities.
• Experience preparing feasibility studies, investment appraisals, or business cases.
• Clear understanding of financial statements, performance indicators, and investment metrics.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for hotel development, conversions and acquisitions.
• Create and maintain detailed financial models, investment appraisals, and business cases.
• Analyse hotel performance, market positioning, demand drivers, and competitive environments.
• Monitor hospitality market trends, competitor activity, transaction data, and economic indicators.
• Prepare investment memoranda, reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal decisions.
