Job summary
Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking a (Senior) Analyst Development & Feasibility to evaluate hotel development, investment, and acquisition opportunities across Europe. You will conduct market and financial research, prepare feasibility studies, build detailed financial models, and support investment decisions.
You will work with internal stakeholders, investors, consultants, and external partners. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in hotel development or related fields.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, Economics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in hotel development, real estate, investment banking, transaction services, consulting, or similar analytical role.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and presentation abilities.
- Experience preparing feasibility studies, investment appraisals, or business cases.
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies for hotel developments, conversions, and acquisition opportunities.
- Create and maintain detailed financial models, investment appraisals, and business cases.
- Analyse hotel performance, market positioning, demand drivers, and competitive environments.
- Monitor hospitality market trends, competitor activity, transaction data, and economic indicators.
- Prepare investment memoranda, reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal decision-making.
- Support due diligence processes and the evaluation of potential development and investment opportunities.
- Work closely with internal departments, investors, owners, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Support the tracking of the development pipeline and the preparation of portfolio reports.
- Review development assumptions, operating forecasts, capital expenditure requirements, and projected returns.
- Provide analytical support throughout the development and decision-making process.

- Strong research, analytical, and presentation abilities.
- Experience preparing feasibility studies, investment appraisals, or business cases.
- A clear understanding of financial statements, performance indicators, and investment metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
